The following article illustrates how to create a timekeeper from the AdvologixPM Setup tab.
Navigate to AdvologixPM Setup

Select Billing Timekeepers and then select the New Timekeeper button.
Timekeeper Setup

- Timekeeper Name - Set a unique name for the Timekeeper entry
- Initials - Set the associated initials for the Timekeeper entry
- Alias - Setup Timekeepers to be used for Billing Fees and Expenses.

Employee - Setup Timekeepers to be used for Billing Fees and Expenses.
- User (internal licensed employee)
- Customer Portal User (external employee - portal user)
- External Resource - Setup Timekeepers to be used for Billing Fees and Expenses - Other than portal user
- Owner - Set who owns this timekeeper record (defaults to logged in user creating the record (can be changed after save)
- Overhead - Specify an associated overhead for the timekeeper
- Default Rate - Set the rate amount for the timekeeper.
Timekeeper Record

The timekeeper record shows the timekeeper detail and associate billing for this timekeeper.
Rate Type

When the Staff Rate is chosen, the Rate Amount is set according to the Timekeeper that is chosen. When the timekeeper is changed, the Staff Rate shown in the Rate Amount field will change accordingly.
