With the AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar (MS Outlook integration) you can save & sync an *individual contacts, individual tasks, individual events, and individual emails
In Addition:
- The AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar allows you to attach emails, tasks and events to matters (something Force.com sync tool can't do)
- The AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar allows you to Add billings from your Advologix records (provided synced with outlook), from within Outlook.
Open Outlook
Choose Contacts
Select Mail in the lower left corner of the Outlook Application.
Select a specific Email
Click on the email to highlight the email.
Sync Selected
Click Sync Selected
Sync Pop-up
Fill in information on popup and click Sync.
