With the AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar (MS Outlook integration) you can save & sync an *individual contacts, individual tasks, individual events, and individual emails
In Addition:
- The AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar allows you to attach emails, tasks and events to matters (something Force.com sync tool can't do)
- The AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar allows you to Add billings from your Advologix records (provided synced with outlook), from within Outlook.
Open Outlook
Choose Tasks
Select Tasks in the lower left corner of the Outlook Application.
Select a specific Task
Right-click on the Task (in To-Do-List) to open the task detail record.

Click Save & Sync
Sync Definition Window
Choose Who (Contacts) and What (Matters)
