With the AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar (MS Outlook integration) you can save & sync an *individual contacts, individual tasks, individual events, and individual emails.
In Addition:
- The AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar allows you to attach emails, tasks and events to matters (something Force.com sync tool can't do)
- The AdvologixPM Connect Toolbar allows you to Add billings from your Advologix records (provided synced with outlook), from within Outlook.
Open Outlook
Choose Contacts
Select Contacts in the lower left corner of the Outlook Application.
Select a specific Contact
Double click on the contact Data Card (Center of Outlook) to open the contact detail record.

Click Save & Sync
