Mobile works on a wide range of popular BlackBerry smartphones.  Review the supported devices list to find out if you can use the mobile application on your BlackBerry.

• The mobile application can run on BlackBerry operating system versions 4.3 through 6.0.
• The BlackBerry firewall must be active. 

Confirm the firewall status by clicking Options | Security Options | Firewall. If the status is Disabled, change it to Enabled.
