There are several steps to Install the Advologix Toolbar for Outlook.
- Check if AppExchange Add-in for Advologix Outlook toolbar is already installed
- Install AppExchange Add-in for Advologix Outlook toolbar from AppExchange (if not already installed)
- Download and install Advologix Outlook toolbar file from AdvologixPM help and Support Site.
Under App Setup | Choose 'Installed Packages'
Look for AdvologixConnect for Outlook (Shown above)
If not present proceed FIRST to AdvologixPM Connect For Outlook ~ Package Component Install
If present proceed to next steps
Install Advologix Outlook toolbar Add-in file from AdvologixPM Help and Support site
Support Home
Download Connect for Outlook
Download Zip File
If Downloading in IE9...
Click OPEN
.....Proceed to Downloaded File Folder Extract Files
If Downloading in Firefox...
Choose Open With (set to default)
Click OK
.....Proceed to Downloaded File Folder Extract Files
If Downloading in Google Chrome...
Click Drop-down arrow
Click Open
......Proceed to Downloaded File Folder Extract Files
If Downloading in Safari...
Click Open
.....Proceed to Downloaded File Folder Extract Files
File Folder
Click to HIGHLIGHT setup.exe
Click Extract all Files
Downloaded File Folder Extract Files
1. Accept default (will open in same location)
2. Make sure set to Show (check box)
3. Click Extract
In second popup Window
Right Click setup.exe
Click Run as Administrator
Welcome Screen
Click NEXT
Select Installation Folder
Leave as default folder
Click NEXT
Confirm Installation
Click NEXT
Installing Advologix Connect for Outlook
Wait till completed, it may ask you if you wish to install (windows notification) click the Yes
Installation Complete
Click Close
Open Outlook to Confirm Installation
