There are several steps to Install the Advologix Toolbar for Outlook.
- Check if AppExchange Add-in for Advologix Outlook toolbar is already installed
- Install AppExchange Add-in for Advologix Outlook toolbar from AppExchange (if not already installed)
- Download and install Advologix Outlook toolbar file from AdvologixPM help and Support Site
Installed Packages
Under App Setup | Choose 'Installed Packages'
Look for AdvologixConnect for Outlook (Shown above)
If not present proceed FIRST to "Install AppExchange Add-in for Advologix Outlook toolbar from AppExchange (if not already installed)" Step THEN to "Install Advologix Outlook toolbar Add-in file from AdvologixPM Help and Support site" Step
If present proceed DIRECTLY to "Install Advologix Outlook toolbar Add-in file from AdvologixPM Help and Support site" Step.
Install the Add-in
Install AppExchange Add-in for Advologix Outlook Toolbar from AppExchange
Navigate to https://sites.secure.force.com/appexchange/listingDetail?listingId=a0N300000024UflEAE
Click Get it now
Get It Now
Answer questions as shown above and choose Continue
Input Your Login Credentials
Confirm Installation
- Check "I have read and Agreed to the Terms and Conditions"
- Click Install
Verify Your Password
- Re-enter password
- Click Submit
Package Upgrade Details
Click Continue
Click NEXT
Choose Security Level
Install the Package
- Check the "Ignore APEX....." box
- Click Install
Processing and completion of installation will take several minutes. You will receive an email when the installation is completed.
