Billing from Outlook During a Send-n-Sync

A billing can also be adding during the Send and Sync Process in Outlook and it will be reflected in Advologix.

Choose to create a New Email

Create a New Email
  1. After adding the information as needed in the email.
  2. Click the Send and Sync - AdvologixPM button
  3. You will receive the Contact/Matter Selection and Billing pop-up

  1. Choose the whom and what details 
  2. Check the 'Add Billing' check box
  3. Fill in the appropriate information - [Rate Amount will change to the Default rate - from the associated matter record chosen (as set in Advologix)]
  4. Click Sync

  3. Click Add Bill
