Users' passwords can be reset at any time. System Administrators and Delegated Administrators can reset a selected group of user passwords for which they are responsible.
Reset a Password
- Click on the name in the right corner of an application.
- Click on Setup
Scroll to the Administration Setup
Under Administration Setup click on Manage Users | Users. Page will open with number of Users of an Application.
Check the boxes next to the one or more users you would like to reset the passwords for and click "Reset Password(s)".
