How do I remove the Outlook Toolbar add-in from the disabled items?

Most issues can be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the Advologix Connect for Outlook extension.

Verify All Microsoft Office Applications are Off

  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS FrontPage
  • MS Project
  • MS Access
  • MS Publisher

Step 1 of 3

Uninstall current Outlook Add-in  - Step 1:

Click the Start button

Choose Control Panel

Choose 'Add/remove programs'  or 'Uninstall programs' (depends on operating system on the look and name).

Uninstall current Outlook Add-in  - Step 3:

Select Advologix Connect for Outlook and Uninstall.

Close the Uninstall Window

Wait for uninstallation to complete - then close the Unistall window.

Restart your computer.

Now open this Folder location "C:\Program Files" in Windows Explorer and Delete the folder named "Advologix.com, LLC".

Now open this Folder location "C:\Program Files" in Windows Explorer and Delete the folder named "Advologix.com, LLC".

Open Outlook 2007, and Open from menu: "Tools  Trust Center…", now from the Window that opened, select "Add-ins" & Click "Go…" button.

This will open a new Window:

Now select the "AdvologixPM Salesforce Toolbar 2007" & click "Remove" button.

Now Close Outlook
