Navigate to Matters
Choose the Matter record you wish to apply the Best practice template to.
Choose the Matter
Choose the Matter record you wish to apply the Best practice template to.
Click on the Button
Select the Best Practices button.
Select the Template
- Choose the desired Best Practices template to use
- Click NEXT
Set the Parameters for the Matter
- Choose a Date for the Key Activity date
- Set the Start time and duration for Events
- Choose Additional options
- Move Related Activities If Key Date Changes
- Reminder
- Skip Holidays
- Click Apply Template
