Use the Process Doc button in a Matter to Run a DDP using pre designed DDP templates.
Navigate to Matters Tab
Choose a Matter
Click Process Doc button
- Select the Contact
- Select the desired DDP to run
- Choose the method to Deliver your DDP
- Click Run
Wait to Process
(if you have 'Wait for Document to process" in DDP settings)
Resulting DDP is Deposited in Managed Content
Click on Name of DDP file in managed content to view details.
DDP/Managed Content Details
Click on the File Title or 'View' to see the DDP document created.
Click View File link
