Advologix is capable of allowing you to email individually or mass emails to lists of contacts. You can create email campaigns from templates you create or create templates for frequently sent email such as invoice cover emails.
Go to Administration Setup
To setup, use and create email templates, under Setup, go to Administration Setup | Communication Templates | Email Templates.
