Document Automation

The document automation system in Advologix allows you to create document templates in Acrobat, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel and then upload them in the Advologix Document application to DDPs (Dynamic Document Packages). Then from a Contact or Matter you can merge data fields in your records to output completed documents in PDF and other formats.

This is useful for automating the completion of legal forms, contracts, statements and other documents.  To get started with the document automation system, see the Workshops section in the Advologix Video Library for a 4 part series on creating and using templates and DDPs
