An extensive online help library is available from the Setup area of the Force.com system that details use of any of the features, how to deploy, configure, setup guides, etc. Any section where you encounter questions will have contextual help for that page.

The link here is displayed on most pages throughout the entire application. Most are specific to using the Force.com platform but several AdvologixPM focused practice management pages will have Advologix specific "End User" online help.
