The first thing to do is prepare the document to import.
Navigate to Administration Setup
Choose Import Custom objects
Step 1: Choose Record
- Choose Matter
- Click Next
Follow Wizards directions:
NOTE: Step 2
- If initial import (for the object - MATTER), then no records will be duplicated - choose NO on Step 2
- If not initial Import (for the object - MATTER) - choose YES on Step 2
