Administrative Fees

To Add an Administrative Fees for Total Fees being billed for the Matter.  This is a percentage of fees on an invoice. The user will set the administrative fee percentage on the matter.  Please note, the administrative fee can be displayed on the invoice optionally in the Totals options section of the Invoice Configuration.  In the Grand Total section of the invoice, the percentage of fees dollar ($) amount is represented and added to the fees subtotal.

Administrative fees are only applicable for new invoices.

Navigate to Matters TAB

Choose a Matter

Choose a Matter

Click on the name of the Matter

Set Desired Administrative Fee

This is a percentage of fees on an invoice.

Add Administrative Fee to Invoice Configuration

Add Administrative Fee to Invoice Configuration to see on generated invoices

AdvologixPM Setup Tab

Choose Account Statement Configuration

Select relevant Invoice Configuration template

Scroll to Total Summary Options section (bottom)

Select checkbox next to Show Administration Fee?

Click SAVE

After a New invoice is generated (using Print on already formed invoices, or Create invoice for a NEW invoice) shown in the totals Summary section
