This article illustrates how to close an Activity.
Closing Activities from an Activities List View
Go to the Activities tab.
Use the drop-down menu to change between Activities List Views
- Place a checkmark next to the Activity(s) you wish to close
- Click CLOSE button
- Click OK button
Closing Activities from an 'Open Activities' Related List
- Navigate to a record and open the Open Activities relate list.
- Chose close next to the Task you wish to close.
Closing Activities from an Activity's Record
- Navigate to the activity record you wish to close.
- Change the Status to completed (or what ever your organization uses to denote Closed.)
- Scroll down and click the Save button
