This article illustrates how to add the Box viewer to the Matter page layout.
Add the Box Fields
To add the Box fields to the Matter layout, as an administrator in AdvologixPM, open and view a matter. Click on Edit Layout in the top right of the Matter layout. You will need to repeat this process for each Matter layout that you have.
View Box Directly on the Matter Layout
- Scroll down the layout to the Custom Links Section
- In the Layout toolbar, add a new section below Custom Links.
Section Properties
Complete the New Section Properites.
Click on the Visualforce Pages section and drag the Matter Related BoxNet Visualforce page into the new section.

However the new section and click the Wrench icon to show the screen above. Set the height to 400 and check the Show Scrollbars option.
- Add the following fields, by dragging and dropping them, somewhere on your Matter layout: Box Folder, Box Parent Folder.
- Click Save at the top left of the layout editor to save your Matter layout changes.
