How do I use the Quick Invoice?

The Quick Invoice button allows you to quickly generate an invoice (not based on a previous set of billings) and apply payments and it will generate a PDF upon save.

Quick Invoice Button Navigation Options

Quick Invoice from Invoice TAB

Navigate to the Invoices tab and select the Quick Invoice button -OR-

Navigate to a matter, hover over the Invoices related list link at the top of the page, and click on the Quick Invoice button.

Create a Quick Invoice

Account - Choose an Account

Matter - Choose a Matter

Invoice date - Choose an Invoice Date

Terms: NET - Set repayment terms

  •  None  (if a repayment term is not applicable and need to be paid upon receipt)
  • 30 (Days to repay)
  • 60 (Days to repay)
  • 90 (Days to repay)

Email To Client On Save - check if want to send client email - upon saving the Quick Invoice

Auto Add Payment On Save - check if want to add payment - upon saving the Quick Invoice

Use Trust/Retainer For Payment - check if want to add payment from a Fund Account - upon saving the Quick Invoice

Invoice Notes - optional Notes/Comments section

Description:  Create line items as needed.

  1. Click to add additional lines.
  2. Click to remove a line.
