Generally associated with the person performing the work associated with a fee based Billing entry. Advologix Timekeepers can be firm staff, outside counsel or any form of contract labor.
Open the Timekeeper List
Open the Timekeepers tab from the Advologix setup screen.
Timekeeper Edit
Timekeeper Name and Initials
Will identify the underlying person responsible for keeping time and billing under this identity.
Employee or External Resource
These entries are mutually exclusive of one another. The Timekeeper is either a member of the Staff or an External Resource or contractor.
Default Rate
For use when using the Timekeepers default rate.
Overhead
The Timekeeper's cost or overhead. Used for reporting and analytics. Can be in any unit desired for appropriate analytics.
