The Matter details section allows you to choose 1 owner for a matter.

Use the Staff Participants related List on the Matter detail page to add additional staff members / employees / user to a Matter.

Click New Staff Participant button to add additional contacts to a matter.

1. Choose one or more role from the available Role Selections for the additional Employee:
   • Attorney
   • Co-counsel
   • Opposing Attorney
   • Witness
   • Expert
   • Spouse
   • Child
   • Judge
2. Use the Employee field look-up to search for an active user loaded into your system.
3. Matter should automatically fill in - according to the Matter you were on when chose to add New Staff Participant.
4. Set a comment if desired
5. Click SAVE to save your work
6. Click SAVE  & NEW to add another Staff Participant.
