The Billing Description field has an available functionality; called Auto-complete codes; that allows you to set rules that if you type something like 'FYI' or 'ASAP' it will automatically fill in 'For Your Information' or 'As Soon As Possible'. This can be modified to add additional options or remove existing options.
Navigate to AdvologixPM Setup
Choose Autocomplete Codes
Click 'New Autocomplete Codes'
*Note: This organization already has 'FYI / for your information' setup
Define new Autocomplete Code
Set Code (what you type in to Billing Description box on a billing record)
Give a Description (what the Billing Description will change to as you start typing ASAP)
Click SAVE to finish or SAVE AND NEW to create additional Autocomplete Codes
New Autocomplete Code Confirmation Page
Page shows that the new Autocomplete ode has been saved to the system (you can edit from here if you see a typo or something needing to be modified)
Create a billing and type the Code (ex. 'ASAP') and
Click the Space bar to activate the autocomplete code
Description will auto populate to Description field (ex. 'As Soon As Possible').
