The Matter Intake form allows you to enter the data for the Matter, the Contact the matter is regarding, and the Account to be associated to both, all at the same time.
Navigate to most any Tab
Quick Sidebar Menu: Matter Intake
The sidebar column that appears on the left side of most Salesforce pages provides convenient access to links and commands.
*Can't see the sidebar? This is because the sidebar has been collapsed.
Move your mouse to the left hand side of your screen until you see an arrow pointing right with a line behind it and click your left mouse button.
Alternately, press ALT+S to open or close the sidebar as needed. (Opening the sidebar using ALT+S automatically places your cursor in the Search box if you have have one on the sidebar)
Add Details
- Enter Contact and Account information for the Matter in the Detail section
- Enter Address Information
- Enter specific Matter Information
- Click SAVE to save your work in Advologix
