Configure Standard Object Page Layouts

Certain features of Advologix override standard Salesforce functionality for Accounts, Contacts and especially Tasks and Events. Advologix uses Salesforce Profiles to control and manage access to these features. To make AdvologixPM function properly for a selective group of users alongside your default standard Salesforce users, an Administrator has to carry out these changes to following Standard Objects:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Task
  • Event
  • Salesforce CRM Content

For each profile that you have configured for Advologix, you will need to assign the AdvologixPM Page Layouts for Accounts, Contacts, Tasks and Events.  Go to the Setup area of the system.

Navigate to Setup | Build | Customize | Salesforce Files | Settings | Content Version.  Select Edit next to the page layout you want to modify and make the changes shown below.

Do Changes as shown below
  1. Drag the field 'Managed Content' from Content Fields, and drop it in the Fields table.
  2. Click Save
