This article illustrates how to provide Advologix login access to help with your first system.
Access Setup
From the name drop down, select Setup
Navigate to the Users List
Administration Setup | Manage Users | Users
Click the New User Button
Click the New User button (*if you do not see a New user button, the the system administrator will need to create the user.)
Complete the Form
Required fields are marked in RED. The list below provides specific instructions on how to complete particular fields:
- Set first name as "AdvologixPM"
- Set last name as "Support"
- Set Email as <yourcompanyname>[email protected]
- (*If your company is Smith & Smith Law Group - smith&[email protected])
- Set Username as <yourcompanyname>[email protected]
- (*If your company is Smith & Smith Law Group - smith&[email protected])
- Set User License as "Salesforce"
- Set Profile as "System Administrator"
Scroll to the Bottom of the Page
Leave all other defaults
- Uncheck the Newsletter checkboxes
- Ensure "Generate new password and notify user immediately" is checked
- Click Save

Please send an email with the following information to [email protected].
- Set the subject of the message to "Please assist in setup of my Advologix developer system".
- Provide the exact username and email address you created in the steps above.
