Billing Rate Tables

Using the Rates Table in AdvologixPM.....Setup an optional list of rates for Fees and Expenses.  These rates are used to override Matter, Account or Timekeeper rates when creating Billing records.

Navigate to AdvologixPM Setup TAB

Choose Rate Table

Choose Rate Table

Rates List

List of Rates

View, Create, Edit, or Delete Rates

Add a New Rate

Add a New Rate

Fill in the required information

Alternatively:

   Set a Charged Per parameter

         ~ By the HOUR or by the ITEM

and/or

   Set a Rate Type specification

        ~ Apply as TIME or EXPENSE

Check ACTIVE checkbox to set the new Rate as usable

Click SAVE to close and move on

Click SAVE & NEW to finish adding this Rate and create another
