Assigned at the global and account levels, account statement configurations represent the style of how invoices and payment activity are presented to the firm's accounts (clients).
Navigate to the AdvologixPM Setup Tab

Account Statement Configurations

Choose the Account Statement Configurations option.
Account Statement Configurations list view

Choose the statement or invoice template you wish to modify.
Alternately, choose 'New Account Statement Config' button to create a new statement.
Configuration Display Options

Name
~ Set/change name for the invoice/statement template
Use Custom Statement Number
~ Check to show Custom Statement Number selected instead of default Statement #
Custom Statement Number Field
~ Number used for Statement with first name in PDF file.
Font Size
~ Display Font Size to used in PDF file.
Suppress Non-Billable Time
~ Check to Hide Fees with $0.00 value.
Show Footer Note
~ Check to show Footer content at the bottom of the PDF.
Rename Fund Account
~ Rename all references of Retainers to selected value in PDF file.
Rename Units
~ Rename all references of Units/Quantity to selected value in PDF file.
Date Format
~ Defines format of date for PDF file.
Employee Name Format
~ Defines employee name format in statement pdf. file.
Show Company Info
~ Check to show company information in PDF.
Suppress Company Name
Print For Window Envelope
~ Select to show address when folded and placed in a windowed envelope.

Show Company Logo
~ Check to show Company Logo at top in PDF.
Company Logo Alignment
~ Define Company Logo Alignment in PDF file.

Logo Image
~ Shows a sample of image in this area
* Click Change to choose a new image from a file on your computer
* Click Preview to change the image using a file on your computer (photo choice/browse and upload opens in a new window)
* Click Clear to remove image chosen

Professional Fees Table
Show Fees Table
~ Check to show Professional Fees Table in PDF.
Fee Table Columns
~ Defines columns to be shown in Professional Fees in PDF. (maximum of 5 columns can be selected here.)
* Highlight field (column heading) in choice sections (left is the available fields - right is the selected fields) and use left and right arrows to move back and forth
* Use up and down arrows to change order of columns in the right hand selected fields section
Sort By
~ Can not be sorted by Description or Comments (per Salesforce platform rules)
Expenses Table

~ Check to show Expenses Table in PDF.
