Resolved an issue whereby in some circumstances Invoices with Discounts and a $0 balance were not flagged with a Status of Paid (as expected). Additionally, in this circumstance, the Status field could not be manually edited to reflect the Paid Status. With this release these Invoices can now be opened and changed to Paid. Future invoices should be flagged as Paid when the Invoice Balance reaches 0.

When creating a new Billing, the user will now go back to the Matter form instead of the Home page.
The default date for new payments in the current date, instead of the invoice date.

The Default Date for a new Payment is now the current date.
After Creating a new Time/Billing record, the user is now redirected back to their original starting point, instead of the Home Page.
